Undo your purchase

Under the Distance and Doorstep Sales Act, you are entitled to cancel your purchase You must notify us within 14 days of receipt of goods. Use the form Returns under Customer Service. The product must not have been used, must be returned in unchanged condition in the original packaging and sent as a traceable consignment. The buyer is responsible for the goods until the shipment reaches us.

Orders made according to customer requirements (special wood, special sizes, color, design etc), does not apply to the right to cancel the purchase.

Transport damage

At any transport damage, the customer must immediately contact the carrier (Post or other carrier)

Complaints

If you  you find a defect in your product that affects the product's function, you must contact us within five days of receipt for information on the measures. Remember to document the defect, preferably with a picture. When the product has reached us, we decide whether it should be assessed as a complaint.

For all returns, regardless of the reason, the item must be returned in unchanged condition in the original packaging and sent as a traceable shipment. The buyer is responsible for the item until the shipment reaches us.
